BENEFITS
Benefits for new hires start on the first of the month on or following 60 days of employment. New hires are to contact Human Resources (HR) within the first 30 days of employment and must have contacted HR prior to the insurance effective date.

Short Term Disability (STD) Insurance: August Healthcare offers Short Term Disability insurance through Aflac for any employee who works 20 or more hours per work.
Additional Benefits:August Healthcare offers additional benefits to include Accident, Hospital Indemnity Program, Critical Illness and Voluntary Life insurance and PHMP!
Paid Time- Off (PTO) includes personal days and vacation days.
PTO will not accrue on any hours worked or paid after forty (40) hours per week.
All full time are eligible for PTO. Part-time and PRN employees are not eligible for PTO.
Employees accrue PTO at start of their employment but cannot use any PTO until after the employee’s introductory period.
Employees can rollover a maximum of 180 hours of PTO year to year on their anniversary date.
